Anna Keeps Her Youth
Anna has been working out
at Slim and Tone for over 9 months. She lost 5.4 pounds and 4.5 inches in her
first month at Slim and Tone and has now lost more than 24 pounds and 12
inches. On average, Anna exercises 3 times per week for 40 minutes each
workout. She combines her circuit workout with dumbbells, stretch bands and
fitness ball exercises. This allows her to target specific areas of her body
and focus on additional toning. It has really increased the number of inches
she has lost in her "difficult" areas. Anna participates in a weight loss
program, attends dance classes with her husband & for the first time in her
life is taking a motorcycle trip from FL to NY this summer. If you're

Gayle Size 26 to a 16 in first four months
Gayle, a 50 year old
school teacher and mother, has lost 42 pounds and 29 inches since joining Slim
and Tone in August 2003 through December 2003. She works out at Slim and Tone
5 days per week and she is doing the Southbeach diet program. Gayle
interviewed several 30 minute workout clubs before joining Slim and Tone. Jen,
the club's certified personal trainer customized her routine to include the
Big Red Ball when she is on the cardio boards. This helped her to increase
her heart rate and burn more calories. Gayle was concerned that she could not
get a good workout because of a back condition, but Jen created a safe and
pain-free program that is working for Gayle. Gayle's Cholesterol dropped from
334 to 247.
